Being in a happy & downright amazing relationship is great, hitting & getting stuck in the weight gain comfort zone is not great...
Consequently, I have been thinking about and researching weight loss options. As I like guidance without having my flexibility taken away and really can't be doing with cutting out food groups as I do believe in a balanced approach to nutrition, I was quite excited when I came across Karena & Katrina from www.toneitup.com in a video by Style by Dani.

I love the girls' approach of combining nutrition with exercise with a toning focus and the best thing for me is that their nutrition plan is designed with exercising in mind and consequently, fuelling your body properly for exercise.
Check out their YouTube Channel here:
They put a lot of exercise content up for free. Currently, they are doing the #bikiniseries for 2014.

After watching quite a few of their videos (and trying out the exercises) and checking out the website, I decided to take the plunge and purchase their nutrition plan ($150 so slightly less in pounds) which was immediately delivered to my e-mail for download.

As nothing focuses the mind as parting with money, I have now stocked my fridge and kitchen cupboards accordingly and are very excited about my first Tone It Up week - because really I consider this a lifestyle change rather than a diet.
I have also signed up to the Tone It Up community on their website and can already say that it feels very supportive and motivational.
I'll let you know how I get on!
Thanks so much for reading this post and have a great week!
